RULE #1: Arrive on time

If you are late for your appointment, your nail tech will have to rush, which can have an impact on the result. In fact, it’s better to be a few minutes early. 

RULE #2: Have clean hands

It’s bad form to show up with grubby hands and dirt under your nails. Make sure you’ve washed, scrubbed and sanitised your hands thoroughly.

RULE #3: Tone things down

Like to yap to your nail artist about your life? Be mindful of the volume as well as the content you talk about so that you don’t offend or disturb any other clients.

RULE #4: Don't take calls

Use your phone to show your technician what you’d like or to take a pic of your manicure, but keep it on silent mode and don’t play videos or music with sound.
