You can cancel your subscription by sending an SMS with the word, “STOP” or “CANCEL”, to 0820099022 or by dialing the *135*997# USSD code (at no cost). Upon sending the relevant keyword to the short code you will be unsubscribed. After the successful cancellation of your subscription, you will receive an SMS confirming the cancellation of the service.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the portal until the end of your subscription eligibility, which is 7 calendar days from the last charge.

You can easily retrieve your login credentials by sending an SMS with the word “PASSWORD” to 0820099022 (at no cost) and your credentials will be sent to you.

Upon subscription to the service and upon every 10^th successful charge, you will receive an SMS with the link to the portal along with your credentials. Tap on the link and you can start enjoying all the content the service has to offer.
